Olivia Clawson
Olivia Clawson has over twenty years of experience working in human services, specifically supporting people who have disabilities. She holds a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from one of the top three schools in the country for this field, the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Her background allows her to help people identify vocational goals and talents. Her background also allows her to identify barriers and find solutions while understanding the needs of employers. First and foremost, however, is her ability to provide people with accurate and reliable information about all Social Security work incentives.
Olivia is:
- a trained and certified Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) by Virginia Commonwealth University
- a National Employment Network Association member and past board member
Jerry Clawson
Jerry Clawson is a 1997 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling. He has been working with Project AWIN, which is a project of the Sources Center for Independent Living, since December 2000. Since 2008, Jerry has been the project coordinator of Project AWIN. He is responsible for supervising, training and providing technical assistance to all CWICs. He continues to do direct services with beneficiaries. Jerry’s experience with Project AWIN is instrumental in collaboration with the Social Security Administration (SSA) offices in Arkansas, plus other state and federal agencies.
Jerry:
- is a trained and certified CWIC by Virginia Commonwealth University
- has a proven track record in writing and submitting PASS for approval by the SSA
